FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS

“Let each generation tell its children of your mighty acts; let them proclaim your power.”
Psalm 145:4

A MESSAGE FROM
CHRIS CRUTCHLEY

For the past four years, I've had the privilege of watching LifeBridge Church invest in the lives of those in our community. I have seen firsthand the impact of people joining together for the greater good of others. Most importantly, I have witnessed LifeBridge be a place where those who felt lost find direction, those who felt alone find community, those who were hurting find healing, those bound by addiction find freedom, and those who were hopeless find hope. This happened because we chose to love others as Jesus did. As I look to the future, I am confident that our church is needed now more than ever.

In Psalms 145 it states, "Let each generation tell its children of your mighty acts; let them proclaim your power."

It's time for our church to become laser-focused on Future Generations. I firmly believe how we Love, Serve, and Give impacts Generations to come. It's not enough for us to hope for them. We must act! I believe it is time for children to see faith in action, hear stories of God's goodness from people they can see, and have opportunities to practice following Jesus. To impact future generations, one must ask, "What’s required of me?" I believe the answer is generosity. Will you give generously?

For the next twenty-four months, LifeBridge will be focused on expanding our current footprint to create space for children to explore faith, have fun, and learn to follow Jesus. We are calling this initiative For Future Generations. It consists of an 8,500 sqft, state-of-the-art facility where kids can play any day of the week—a place where the words fun and church combine.

To do this, we need 100% participation. I don't want anyone to miss out on influencing the next generation of Jesus followers.

Will you join me?

FAQ

Why are we expanding LifeBridge Church?

Answer: Over the last year, LifeBridge has experienced exponential growth, forcing us to add services to our weekend experience. This is a good problem, but adding more services is not a long-term solution. We want to create more space for our kids' environments, more parking spaces, and a larger auditorium accommodating 400 adults.
We also desire to increase our hours of influence in our community. By creating environments that are open during the week, we create opportunities for people to experience our church who might not attend on the average Sunday.

What are we building?

Answer: We are adding 12,500 sqft to our current building. This will include a state-of-the-art playground for the community to use during the week. It will also have a larger auditorium, office space, and gathering rooms (these rooms will serve as small group spaces, counseling offices, or weekday officing suites). A part of this project is also renovating the current LifeBridge Kids rooms for future growth.

How much does it cost?

Answer: This expansion will cost 4.5 million dollars.

What is the construction timeline?

Answer:
  • Last Quarter 2023 - Finalize architectural drawings. Apply for building permits.
  • 1st Quarter 2024 - Break ground preparing for water retention and parking lot expansion.
  • 3rd Quarter 2024 - Begin construction on expanding the LifeBridge campus.
  • 2025 - Year of construction,
  • 1st Quarter 2026 - Open new facility.

How can I learn more about this project?

Answer: You can learn more by attending Expansion Nights. Expansion Nights are bi-monthly gatherings held on the 2nd Monday of each month. We will share status updates, financial details, and building projections during these gatherings. Reminders for Expansion Nights will be communicated during our weekend services and through email.
